Ayshea Cross appointed as the new TPT Strategic Lead Officer

The Trustees at Transforming Plymouth Together are really pleased to announce the appointment of Ayshea Cross as our new Strategic Lead Officer, due to the retirement of our current lead, Chris Forster.

Ayshea is well known within the faith and voluntary sector of Plymouth and comes with a high level of experience. This includes local church missional work, co-founding and managing the charity Provide Devon, and more recently as the Plymouth Food Aid Coordinator - assisting and connecting many organisations across the region.

The Rt Rev’d Nick McKinnel, Bishop of Plymouth and Chair of Trustees for Transforming Plymouth Together says

“We are pleased to have been able to recruit someone of Ayshea’s capability and Christian commitment and she is a great fit for TPT. We look forward to working with Ayshea as TPT continues to seek to address issues relating to poverty and inequality in Plymouth, partnering with churches, faith groups, the voluntary sector and statutory organisations.”

Ayshea will take up her appointment from the 1st February 2022, and Chris will work alongside her until he retires on the 31st March 2022.
