We are praying for an end to the hostility and violence in Ukraine, and for God's Grace and protection for all those affected.

Ukraine Prayer

There are a number of charitable organisations across the UK raising money to help support the people of Ukraine. See below for some suggestions.

The British Red Cross, which has launched an appeal to raise funds for food, medical supplies, shelter and water.

Sunflower for Peace, which provides first-aid backpacks to doctors and paramedics on the front line, you can donate via their Facebook page.

UNICEF, a global charity focused on the welfare of children, providing water, nutrition, healthcare and education. They have launched their own fundraiser, estimating that 510,000 children have already been affected by the conflict.

Save the Children, have also launched an appeal to provide humanitarian aid to families in need.

We also know that there will be people in the city that have friends and family in Ukraine and will be concerned about their wellbeing. See below for links to local information and support:

There is also support locally for those who are struggling with their wellbeing as a result of the situation in Ukraine. If you need to talk, please remember there is help via Livewell at Plymouth Options.
