Transforming Plymouth Together exists to equip local charities and churches to serve the people of this beautiful city in such a way as to see positive transformation in the lives of those that live here. We do this through a variety of different resources and projects including the Hygiene Hub, RE:SOURCE, Project 58:7 and Feast of Fun. We have been nationally recognised for our work and are proud recipients of the King’s Award for Voluntary Service.
