About Us

Our Purpose

Transforming Plymouth Together was established in response to the Plymouth Fairness Commission Report, and we continue to collaborate with churches, local communities, and national partners to tackle the root causes of poverty across our city.

Our initiatives focus on the following core areas:

  • Advocating for social justice
  • Alleviating poverty
  • Strengthening neighbourhoods
  • Enhancing health, wellbeing, and community resilience
  • Empowering and supporting church-led social action

To learn more about our work or explore opportunities to get involved, please reach out to a member of the TPT team.
