Our Purpose

Transforming Plymouth Together launched in response to the Plymouth Fairness Commission Report and continue to work with churches, local communities and national partners to address the root causes of poverty in our city.

Our projects are focussed on the following key areas:

* Seeking social justice

* Reducing poverty

* Helping to build stronger neighbourhoods

* Improving health, wellbeing and community resilience

* Supporting and promoting church social action
